- Why are you a Trustee for GCF? I
- have been a part of the Give A Child a Family Trust as a Founder Member Trustee since the organizations beginnings. I gave up my Business in 1990 to focus my attention with my wife Monica to pioneer the organization from just an idea in our heads and a vision in our hearts to the current status and international influence of the Give A Child A Family organization.
- What is your role in the Trust?
- Currently I am deputy Chairperson of the Board of Trustees with the portfolio of oversight of the Buildings and Property.
- What is your background?
- My background has been business, founder, admin director, and pastor.
- What are the values that drive you?
- I have been driven in all I have done, by a passion for what is on God’s heart in caring for the needy, which for most of my life has been the wellbeing and restoration of Children who are vulnerable and victims of unjust treatment.
- What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
- It is my sincere desire to see that people have a chance to reach their potential and to have an opportunity not only to improve their lives but also to understand God’s purpose and destiny for their lives. This desire has led me to serve on the Boards of four other organizations with similar objectives. This involvement has taken up a lot of my time, but when I have not been working I have enjoyed spending time with my own family, enjoying fun outings, outdoor life, camping, fishing, and boating.
