The dedicated Human Resource Department ensures that all personnel matters are seen to including the adherence to Labour Legislation.

It is GCF Policy to promote from within and to capacitate employees through identification of career paths according to people’s talents and gifts. Many of our employees are women who have had only basic formal education and no opportunities for tertiary education. We ensure that all Childcare workers obtain the “Basic Qualification in Childcare “training. Various other courses are done to ensure that employees are taught the required skills to excel in their jobs.

Employees that are earmarked for Management positions act as “Trainee” managers for a period whilst they are mentored until they can fulfil the role independently. External training is also arranged for specialized Management and Development training.
